How it works
- Get in touch — tell us what you're looking for, roughly how many, and your deadline, so we can make sure we can realistically meet your request
- Design & quote — send over your logo or ideas and we'll come back with a quote
- Proof & approval — we'll create a proof so you can see exactly what you'll get, choose shapes or materials, and sign it off before we start
- We get making — engraved, printed, or both, depending on what you've ordered
- Quality checked & hand-packaged — every piece is checked and packaged individually
- Delivered your way — if we're at your event, we'll hand it over on the day. Otherwise we'll arrange collection or drop-off — we try to avoid posting bulk orders where we can, because we'd rather know they've arrived safely than risk damage in transit
- Good luck — however they get used, we hope everyone enjoys them as much as we enjoyed making them
